Grades are calculated on a points system. The final grade is determined by adding the number of points earned and dividing by the number of total possible points. All items are worth the same weight; therefore, they DO NOT add up the percentage.
Grades can be monitored by logging into Genesis.
For a successful school year, students should come prepared to class each day with the following:
pencils (bring several)
erasers
**Please check supplies and replenish them throughout the year. It is important to have supplies every day as supplies can not be given out in class this year.
Binder can be set up with a section for each chapter. Most assignments will be on paper and provided to you; however, you will be taking class notes on each chapter that will be kept in your binder/notebook.
