Mrs. Kate Lubarsky earned her Masters degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences. She is certified as a Speech Language Specialist from the Department of Education, State of New Jersey. She has been working in the Kinnelon School District in the spring of 2012 as a Speech- Language Specialist.
She has extensive experience in the use of Alternative Augmenttive Communication Devices (AAC) to help children engage in functional social environments including school, community and home. She also has a Masters in Special Education with a concentration in Assistive Technology as well as autism spectrum disorders.

Mrs. Lubarsky is a NJ licensed Speech Language Pathologist who is board certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). She is trained in the use of PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Motor Targets). She is devoted to providing the most effective, individualized therapy treatment for each child.
