Registration and Payment
Everyone is encouraged to register by April 30, 2025 to avail of early-bird (discounted) convention fees. See the table below. Proof of payment of the convention fee should be uploaded in the Registration Form. Registration will be considered complete only upon confirmation by MSP of payment of the convention fee. Oral and poster presenters must register and upload proof of payment by April 30, 2025 to secure a time slot in the parallel session or to reserve a panel for the poster presentation.
Notes:
Undergraduate students should submit proof of their undergraduate student status in order to avail of the corresponding rates.
MSP membership here refers to membership over a period that includes June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025. To be included in this membership period, submit the appropriate form by January 31, 2025: bit.ly/msp-renewal or bit.ly/msp-new-member. Note that the annual membership fee of PhP 500 is not included in the convention fee and must be paid separately.
Participants should upload their proof of payment by May 16, 2025. Those who will only be able to upload their payment from May 17, 2025 onwards should first contact 2025mspconvention@gmail.com to check if they can still be accommodated. They should only deposit the convention fee if their participation has been guaranteed by the MSP. The convention fee for these participants will be higher – Php 9,000.
The convention fee covers expenses for logistics and other organizing costs, including the conference kit, meals, snacks, and the welcome dinner. The MSP is a non-profit, non-stock organization and is tax-exempt. The fees mentioned above are not subject to tax.

The remitter/payor should cover all bank charges. Each participant is required to upload proof of payment using the same online Registration Form.
