Early Bird Registration: by June 15th, 2025:
Students (Ph.D., BSc, MSc): 170 EURO
Regular Academic: 250 EURO
Sponsorship (Journals/industry representatives): 600 EURO.
Late Registration: June 16th 2025-July 18 2025
Students (Ph.D., BSc, MSc): 300 EURO
Regular Academic: 450 EURO
Sponsorship (Journals/industry representatives): 800 EURO.
All registered students must show a current student ID (or equivalent certificate/transcript) upon checking at the registration desk. The student rate is not available to Post-Doctoral researchers.
