About Your Teacher

Ms. Lila McIver

I'm excited to be continuing as part of the team here at Westlake Charter School and joining the middle school crew. After completing my teaching credential and Masters in Education at UC Davis, I began my teaching career in the Bay Area and am now happy to call Sacramento home. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with the dedicated and positive teachers and staff at Westlake.

In the classroom, I'm committed to partnering with students and families to develop lifelong learners who find joy in the learning process. Outside of the classroom, you'll find me enjoying time with my husband and daughters and continuing to learn and explore.
