Ms. Mazz's Classes

Welcome!

I earned my BA in English and my single-subject teaching credential from CSU, Sacramento. Then, I started teaching English in 2006 at Ronald E. McNair High School in Stockton, CA.

After working there for 8 1/2 years, I was excited for the chance to return to my Alma mater, Sheldon High School in Sacramento, CA, in January of 2014.

During my time as an educator, I've taught College Preparation English 9-12, Advanced Placement Literature and Composition, Film as Literature, and Journalism. Additionally, I am the Senior Project Coordinator, English Department Chair, member of the Biotech Academy, and adviser of the Sheldon Breaker's Club.

I have enjoyed my teaching experiences, and look forward to all the students to meet and opportunities to come!
