Once logged in, there are many books, e-books, encyclopedias, atlases, newspapers, and databases that you can use for your inquiry needs. Below is an image of some of the databases and current event resources found once logged in:
2017 December's Literacy Club
Grades 1-2, meet Mondays from 12:30 to 1:00 pm
Grades 3-4, meet Wednesdays from 12:30 to 1:00 pm
Grades 5-7, meet Wednesdays from 12:30 to 1:00 pm
Learning Commons' Monitors
Students in Grades 6 and 7 can volunteer as monitors at lunchtime or after school. Some examples of volunteering activities include buddy reading, tutoring, putting books away, and leading activities in the makerspace. Please come to the Learning Commons to pick up a volunteer form and your availability. Training starts at the end of September.
