Philosophy

Education is for students to acquire knowledge and skills that can be used to succeed. My beliefs on teaching are that it should always be student-centered teaching. Teachers should always prioritize their students' interests and abilities to give them the chance for a better education. Students should be allowed to learn with all the tools necessary and best suit their learning needs. Positive teacher-student relationships are the principles I will focus on to guide my instruction.

La educación es para que los estudiantes adquieran conocimientos y habilidades que puedan utilizar para tener éxito. Mis creencias sobre la enseñanza son que siempre debe estar centrada en el estudiante. Los profesores siempre deben priorizar los intereses y habilidades de sus estudiantes para brindarles la oportunidad de una mejor educación. A los estudiantes se les debe permitir aprender con todas las herramientas necesarias y que mejor se adapten a sus necesidades de aprendizaje. Las relaciones positivas entre maestro y estudiante son los principios en los que me concentraré para guiar mi instrucción.
