I liked this book a lot because it is very unpredictable and there are good characters in the story. I liked the plot and the things that happened. There is nothing I really don’t like about this book.

She lives in the preacher's house, and while staying in her father’s old room, she finds an old cigarette box filled with old things from what she thought was her father’s. A woman named Ms Sadie teaches her about these people from the past. She learns about these old boys, one of which went into the army. All she wanted was to learn about her father’s history, but she finds herself trying to solve a mystery.
Review: I love this book because it has a lot of intriguing mysteries. I recommend this book because it is very interesting. If you like learning about old town mysteries, this is the book for you.
One of my favorite books I’ve read in 6th grade is this one. It is about a Jewish boy named David Da-Wei Horowitz who is in 7th grade and is going through a lot of problems, like his bar mitzvah is coming soon, his grandmothers are fighting over everything, and he has a trivia contest coming up. His friend, Scott, convinced him to dig a bunker just in case the Cold War becomes a nuclear war. I really like this book because it is about David finding out about his culture and who he really is.
Seven heroes go on a month-long journey and quest to deliver the Athena Parthenos in the attempt to restore peace with the Roman Camp. They are also trying to defeat the giants and trying to manage not to wake Gaea, for the blood of Olympus will wake her.
Some things I liked about this book was the suspense, and the sudden turn of events. If you like books with sudden plot twists, this one might just be the one for you. But I 100% recommend not to read this book before the rest of the series. You will be very confused, and it will be a very big spoiler. There was only one thing I disliked about this book: the suspense. It is a good thing, but sometimes it takes a little too long to reveal the answer, secret, or plan that the characters have.
The rest of the series is also very very good, but I like this one the best out of all of them.
The reading level of “The Lake” is 7th grade. The problem of the book is that the lake never forgets. The book is about two counselors who have to find a way to keep the problem out of their summer camp. And that there is a mysterious stalker among them.”The Lake” by Natasha Peterson.
What I liked and disliked about the book, I liked where it took place because it is a place that I can relate to going to. I thought that the characters all had problems in their everyday life that made the problem and mysteries of the book more relevant. What I disliked was how the book ended. I thought that there was already a lot of suspense and I was liking the book but I felt that the ending ruined the book. I think that the book is a good book for anyone who likes mystery, suspense, and thriller.
