SWASH (Simulated Waves Affecting Shoreline Habitats) is an EPA Gulf of Mexico Program funded education and outreach project to prov ide a hands-on demonstration tank for teaching about living shoreline design. Five tanks were constructed and placed at:
Mississippi Aquarium, Gulfport, MS
Marine Education Center - USM Gulf Coast Research Lab, Ocean Springs, MS
Pascagoula River Audubon Center, Moss Point, MS
Grand Bay NERR visitor center, Moss Point, MS
Alabama Aquarium, DISL, Dauphin Island, AL
