A little about me! Hello, my name is Skylar Lashley, but you can call me Ms. Lashley. I was born and raised in Beaufort, SC. I attended the University of South Carolina where I majored in English Literature and minored in Portuguese. Upon graduation I did a fair amount of traveling before returning to the States and pursing my passion of teaching. This will be my fourth year teaching high school and my second year at Bridges. I previously taught at BHS my alma mater. As well as teaching your regular English classes this year I will be the Portuguese Culture elective, so be on the lookout if you're interested in foreign food, culture and more!
