Division winners that are digital submissions may be submitted below by a MSLA member school librarian. Submission with a parent email indicates parent permission. MSLA members are advised to keep parent signatures on file or email into mslabookmark@gmail.com

Student work may be used for news release, photographs, video, audio and MSLA webpage for the purpose of publicizing school library month in MA and school library programs in schools. I (we) give my (our) permission to MSLA to use my child's name and intellectual property and/or photograph, video or any likeness for publicity and the use of statements/bookmark made or attributed to my child relating to this bookmark contest and school library month. We also grant MSLA any rights to said use without further compensation. It is my (our) understanding that my submission releases MSLA from any financial or legal responsibility for the use of this media relations/promotional materials.
