On here, you'll find easy ways to contact me and make appointments, as well as tools and resources to help cope with stress. Don't hesitate to ask for what you need.
Suicide Hotline Call or Text 1-800-273-8255
In case of a Mental Health Crisis, please visit the nearest emergency room or dial, "911".
For Non-Emergencies: "Call4Calm" text support line.
Text “talk” to 552020 and a counselor from a local community mental health center will call you within 24 hours.
For Spanish, text “hablar”.
You can also receive other helpful resources by texting the number with keywords such as “unemployment,” “food” and “shelter."
CARES Crisis Line: 1-800-345-9049
CARES is a telephone response service that handles mental health crisis calls for children and youth in Illinois.
You should call CARES when a child is at risk to himself or others and any time you or others think a child is having a mental health crisis.
Summer Food Program
CPS will continue to offer a variety of nutritious meals to anyone age 18 and younger. Meal kits containing 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches will be available.
