Viola Davis is hands-down one of the best actors this generation has ever seen. Her powerful performances and captivating portrayals are without comparison. She has won countless awards and co-founded a production company, JuVee Productions, with her husband, Julius Tennon. Basically, she is a talented badass whose light shines super bright ✨

I absolutely loved her inspirational memoir, Finding Me, and I’m so happy that she reads the audiobook. It felt like sitting down with her and listening to her story. I’ve been a massive fan of hers for a long time and am constantly astonished by her performances. Learning about her struggles from her childhood to early adulthood made me admire and connect to her even more. I had to pause the audiobook fairly often to let myself process, appreciate, and sometimes cry over what she discusses — happy and sad tears! 😅 Her depiction of Little Viola made me reflect on my inner child, the obstacles I have overcome, and the extraordinary things we can accomplish by healing ourselves and staying true to ourselves.

Viola, thank you so much for your vulnerability in Finding Me. You are such a genuine inspiration! Little Viola would be so proud of you and the many hearts you have touched.
