The Fukuoka City Subway is useful to get to both conference venues. Please note that there are three subway lines in Fukuoka city, and use the Airport Line Subway and the Nanakuma Line Subway to go to Kyushu University Nishijin Plaza and Fukuoka University, respectively. The subway route map is here. Trains operate between 5:30 am and 0:25 am and will come every 4-8 minutes.

Take the Airport Line Subway bound for Meinohama, Chikuzen-Maebaru or Nishi-Karatsu and get off at Nishijin Station.
From Fukuoka Airport: The Airport Line Subway is located inside the Domestic Terminal Building, and you can use a free shuttle bus to move between the Domestic and International Terminal Buildings. It takes approx. 15 minutes (the detail is here).
From Fukuoka Airport Station, it takes approx. 20 minutes to get to Nishijin Station by the subway.
From Hakata Station: approx. 15 minutes.
FromTenjin Station (NOT Tenjin-minami Station): approx. 8 minutes.
-> Kyushu University Nishijin Plaza is a 10 minute walk from Exit 7 at Nishijin Station.

Take the Nanakuma Line Subway bound for Hashimoto and get off at Fukuoka University (Fukudai-mae) Station.
From Fukuoka Airport: You can move to Fukuoka Airport Station by a free shuttle bus (see above). Take the Airport Line Subway bound for Meinohama, Chikuzen-Maebaru or Nishi-Karatsu and get off at Hakata Station. It takes approx. 5 minutes. Then, transfer from the Airport Line Subway to the Nanakuma Line Subway. Please make sure you use the transfer gate and don't forget your ticket.
From Hakata Station: approx. 20 minutes.
From Tenjin-minami Station (NOT Tenjin Station): approx. 17 minutes.
