Registration Information

All conference-related fees (for registration and the conference dinner) must be paid on-site in cash (Korean Won only) at the registration desk on the 5th floor of the Hakkwan (Student Union) building during the conference.

• Registration Fee: 50,000 KRW
  (covers conference materials, lunches, and refreshments)

• Conference Dinner Fee: 50,000 KRW
  (optional dinner on Thursday, June 26)

Please note that only cash payments in KRW will be accepted. We recommend preparing a single 50,000 KRW banknote. Currency exchange services are available at Incheon International Airport, and global ATMs can be found at the on-campus Shinhan Bank, located on the B4 floor of the Ewha Campus Complex (ECC).

Receipts (PDF format) will be issued at the registration desk and sent via email on the day of registration.

Observer Registration

The organizing committee is pleased to welcome non-presenting participants to the conference and is offering special registration rates for observers:

• 1-Day Pass: 20,000 KRW

• 2-Day Pass: 30,000 KRW

These passes must also be paid on-site in cash and include access to the following: keynote lectures, panel sessions, the journal publishing workshop (if your pass covers Thursday), the roundtable session (if your pass covers Friday), and coffee and refreshments.  

Please note that due to limited space at the dinner venue, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate observers at the conference dinner, which is reserved primarily for speakers.
