My laptop came back from warranty and all that, and it doesn't have the msi Dragon center or any other thing. just updated the windows and all the drivers, and then did a clean install of msi dragon center and it displays "This system is not supported". I also tried the Msi Center after another clean install, but it doesn't display any features. Please i need help.

My laptop is an MSI GF63. I have Kaspersky Internet Security Installed. MSI Dragon Center is preinstalled software for this laptop. And it is set to auto-start. Kaspersky is blocking that application starts every time the laptop boot up. Every time power on the laptop I have to run dragon center as administrator by manually. It says antivirus software block prevents it to start. screenshot is attached above. Can i add this software to exclusion.
