The team placed 1st.
Top 40 medaled. We had nine medalists--Henry McMurry (3rd), Tay Gergen (7th), Tate Bode (8th), Adam Smigielski (13th), Auggie Gaudio (17th), Carter Alderks (19th), Liam Burwell (27th), Caleb Zulauf (31st), and Will Bednar (35th). Caleb and Will earned their first high school medals.
We had 7 runners run lifetime 3-mile personal bests--Tay Gergen, Caleb Zulauf, Jackson Koontz, Blake Patrick, Dominic Bruns, Bernardo Allan Pinto, and Corbin Moser.

First Day of Practice
WHEN: Monday, August 11th, start at 3:30pm (please be early to check-in and get assigned a locker)
WHERE: Enter door 18 at the back of the high school
WHAT: Practice--Come ready to run. Also, bring a combination lock so I can assign you a locker.
Fall Sports Kickoff
WHEN: Friday, August 22nd at 6pm (we will be announced shortly after 6pm)
WHERE: High school track
WHAT: Each fall sports team walks onto the track, each individual gets announced, and we walk off the track.
Fall Sports Pictures
WHEN: Saturday, August 23rd at approximately 8:30am
WHERE: Buffalo Trace just north of the high school (parking lot on Crowley Rd)
WHAT: Pictures. Come dressed in you uniform. We will go on a run after so come prepared.

WHAT: The XC summer meeting is a chance for old and new runners to meet and learn about the XC program in a casual environment. If you are on the fence about running XC, it is strongly encouraged that you attend the meeting--attending the meeting is not a commitment to run.
