What is GMA?
The GMA or Girls’ Missionary Auxiliary is a girls discipleship program created specifically for churches of the Baptist Missionary Association (BMA). The GMA program is overseen by the Women’s Missionary Auxiliary (WMA). The program consists of a nine step curriculum beginning in the fourth grade. Each step is expected to take around a year to complete. The last step to be completed in twelfth grade. The material includes lessons about personal growth in Christ, service, and missions. We believe the focus of the program is best exemplified through the GMA Aim, Allegiance, and Watchword.
