1. INTRODUCTION
MSGC Hub ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Memory Card Game mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, including when advertisements are provided through Google AdMob.
The App does not require you to create an account. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. However, when AdMob is integrated and enabled, Google and its advertising technology may collect and process certain device and advertising information as described below.
2. INFORMATION WE HANDLE
2.1 Information stored locally
The App may store the following game information on your device:
- Current level and completed levels
- Stars earned per level
- Trophy unlock status
- Lives remaining and life-regeneration time
- Sound and music preferences
This game information is stored locally for game functionality. It is not sent to MSGC Hub servers by the game itself. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage may delete this local information.
2.2 Information handled by Google AdMob
The App uses, or will use, Google AdMob to display advertisements. Depending on the SDK version, device settings, consent choices, and how ads are configured, Google Mobile Ads SDK and its advertising partners may automatically collect or receive information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, and related identifiers
- Advertising identifiers or other device/account identifiers, where permitted and available
- Information about ad delivery and interactions, such as ad impressions, taps, and video views
- Diagnostics and performance information used for security, fraud prevention, measurement, and service operation
Google may use this information for purposes such as delivering and measuring ads, preventing fraud and abuse, and maintaining its advertising services. Data handling depends on Google's services and the configuration used in the App. Google processes information under its own policies and terms.

2.3 Information we do not ask you to provide
The App does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or account credentials to play. MSGC Hub does not operate an account system or a game-progress server for this App. Do not interpret this statement as meaning that AdMob collects no information; see Section 2.2.
3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Local game information is used to save progress, remember settings, manage lives, and record achievements.
Information handled through AdMob may be used by Google and its advertising partners to provide, deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising services, subject to the applicable settings, consent choices, and policies.
MSGC Hub does not sell your personal information. MSGC Hub does not receive your locally stored game progress through the App's local storage features.
4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY AND ADVERTISING
The App is designed to be suitable for children. We intend to configure advertising for a child-directed app and to follow applicable Google Play Families requirements and relevant child-privacy laws.
Where required, ad requests will be configured for child-directed treatment and non-personalized, child-appropriate advertising. We will not knowingly use the App to request personalized advertising for children. Ad serving and data handling also depend on the Google SDK, AdMob account settings, and applicable law.
The App must use only advertising SDK versions permitted for apps serving children and must follow Google Play Families requirements for ad content, formats, and data practices. Ads must not be deceptive, encourage accidental clicks, or interfere inappropriately with gameplay.
Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of mobile apps and can review Google's information about advertising and privacy at the links in Section 2.2.
Important: This policy describes the intended configuration. The developer must ensure the actual AdMob SDK version, code, consent settings, Play Console declarations, and ad placements match these statements before releasing an ad-enabled version.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service, to display ads. Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own policies:

6. CONSENT AND PRIVACY CHOICES
Depending on your location and applicable requirements, a consent message may be shown to request or manage choices relating to advertising and the use of personal information. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google may require a certified consent management platform for relevant advertising purposes.
If a consent-management message is required for the App's audience or regions, we will implement and maintain an appropriate solution before serving ads where required. Users can also review device-level advertising and privacy settings. Changing device settings may not stop all advertising or all data processing.
7. DATA STORAGE, SECURITY, AND RETENTION
Game progress and settings described in Section 2.1 are stored locally on your device. Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App may remove them.
Information processed by Google AdMob is handled under Google's systems and retention practices. MSGC Hub does not control Google's retention periods. Information transmitted by the SDK is subject to the applicable Google services and settings.
No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. YOUR CHOICES AND DATA DELETION
You can delete locally stored game data by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App.

Available controls may vary by region, device, age, and account status.
9. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The App may be available internationally. When AdMob is enabled, information may be processed by Google and its partners in countries where they operate, subject to applicable law and Google's policies. International data processing may occur even though game progress is stored locally.
10. PERMISSIONS AND INTERNET ACCESS
The App may require internet access to request and display advertisements and to allow the advertising SDK to communicate with its services. The permissions actually used are determined by the released app and included SDKs. This policy does not replace the permission declarations in the app package or the disclosures required in Google Play Console.
11. GOOGLE PLAY DATA SAFETY
The Google Play Data safety form must accurately reflect the data collected and shared by the released version of the App, including data handled by the Google Mobile Ads SDK and any other included SDKs. The answers depend on the SDK version, configuration, and features used. We will review and update the Data safety form when advertising is added or when data practices change.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, advertising integrations, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated version will be published at the location where this policy is made available, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
