I am a lifelong resident living in the Memphis area. I acquired my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Memphis, and am now in the final stages of completing my Master of Art in Teaching from the U of M.

I spend my time making memories with my awesome family and friends, volunteering in the community, advocating for animal rights, working in my garden, raising chickens (yes, you read that right), and tackling ridiculous DIY renovations in my home.

This is my third year teaching at Cordova High School. I love English and love to read, and I am excited at the opportunity to share that with my students! My hope is to pass that love of learning on to them!
