Presentation

The most important factors to get a good mark in your project project presentation are: clarity, balance between depth and breadth, fluent voice by practice.

General guideline:

• You will get 20 15 minutes for presentation + 10 minutes for Q&A session
• The student assigned for Q&A session will ask about 4-5 questions, then the remaining audiences will ask questions.
• Presentation can be made in LaTeX Beamer or Powerpoint.

Presentation structure:

• Your presentation will follow the same structure of your project.
• For most of you, the project report will be incomplete by the time you will give your presentation. That's normal. Present what has been done and what you will do in the remaining time.
• You can finish your report after getting feedback from your presentation.

Q&A Session:

• Ask questions that are related to the presentation and have not been covered in the presentation
• Be friendly with the presenter
• You can also give comments to the presenter
• Look into the slides of the presenter before the presentation, as well as look into other papers/materials (if necessary), so that your question are good enough

Schedule:

• Send your slides 24 hours before to me and to the person who will handle your Q&A session !!!
