About me

Hello!

My name is Ms. Conner, and I am a 6th Grade Science teacher here at Trask Middle School. This is my fifth year teaching, and I am so excited to get to know you! I grew up in Columbus, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University (majoring in Early and Middle Childhood Studies). During this time, I had the opportunity to intern in the education department at the Columbus Center of Science and Industry. I also worked in the outreach department at the Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh. I then attended UNCW and received my Master of Arts In Teaching in Middle Grades Education. I have lived in Wilmington with my husband, Jeff, and dogs, Finn and Levi, for about six years now. I enjoy spending time at the beach, traveling, riding horses, reading, exploring Wilmington, and spending time with my dogs.
