Announcements!

Hello parents! Since this semester we will be reading books that include mature themes, a permission slip will be sent home with your child during the first week. On the form, there will be a box to be signed for both the reading of the novels and watching the movies. It is important to know that if for any reason you deny your child permission to read these books, they will be sent to a proctored classroom to work on alternative assignments for the duration of the class period. 

One more thing! On Tuesday, April 2nd, a representative from the local library will come in and give a presentation on banned books. If for any reason you do not want your child to participate in this event, please contact me ASAP at bgc23d@fsu.edu.
