One of my greatest talents is in fostering authentic relationships with all students. I have always enjoyed working with young children, and I have the natural ability to see life from a child’s perspective and a teacher’s perspective. I'm able to recognize what would make a child happy, trigger them, or excite them. I am passionate about helping diverse learners feel welcome and able to do their best work in the classroom. I am always thinking outside of the box to find creative activities, lessons, or games that would allow every child to achieve mastery. I get to know every student’s strengths, hobbies, interests, and backgrounds, and integrate these into my lessons, and I enjoy bringing my unique style to the classroom. I'm always up for being a little silly to keep students engaged.
