What is SDA?
Specially Designed Academics (SDA) is a certification program focused on the North Carolina Extended Content Standards, designed to prepare students for real-world experiences. The program incorporates extended standards across various subjects, including mathematics, social studies, language arts, and science. In addition to academic skills, SDA places a strong emphasis on essential life skills, such as financial literacy, vocational training, health and safety awareness, and skills for independent living. This holistic approach ensures that students are well-equipped for both academic success and practical life challenges.
About Me
Hello! My name is Morgan Chandler. I am excited to begin my first year at Eugene Ashley High School. I can't wait for the new experiences this year will bring. I moved from Greensboro, NC, to study at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. A fun fact about me is that I like crafting and spending time at the beach in my free time!
