Ann M. Philbrick

Dr. Ann M. Philbrick is a professor at the University of Minnesota's College of Pharmacy and holds a faculty position with the University of Minnesota Woodwinds Family Medicine Residency program. She also maintains a pharmacy practice at the Bethesda Family Medicine Clinic, where she provides comprehensive medication management (CMM) and patient education under a collaborative practice protocol. At the clinic, she mentors pharmacy and medical students as well as family medicine residents.
Dr. Philbrick earned her degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2006. She then completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency and a PGY2 specialized residency, both with an emphasis in ambulatory care, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She achieved board certification in pharmacotherapy in 2008 and in ambulatory care in 2015. Her clinical interests include pulmonary diseases, diabetes, hypertension, and preventive services. An active member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), she serves on committees for both the Ambulatory Care and Endocrine & Metabolism Practice and Research Networks.
