You can check the availability of the room by browsing locations using the left hand menu, and adding a filter for Fisher

We do not have additional event support staff, so event hosts are responsible for coordinating setup/teardown with their vendor(s) (see below) and/or staff.
General Events Information
Space Information
Fisher Colloquium (Hariri 490)
(175) audience chairs included with the venue, along with (4) quality speaker chairs
(4) 6 ft tables provided (no linens)
(1) lectern/podium in the room
(4) screens for projection built into the ceiling in the room
Kitchen space built into the room for catering support
*Additional tables, linens, trash service, etc. must be contracted through a preferred vendor
**The event host/coordinator is responsible for setting and clearing the room and/or working with their vendor to do so
Room capacities:
250 - Standing room
200 - Theater style, no stage
150 - Theater style with small stage
180 - Banquet rounds, no stage
140 - Banquet rounds with small stage
Fisher Sample Floorplans (for examples of how to set up the room)
Fees: (for campus partners outside of the McDonough School of Business ONLY)
$200 per hour (4 hour - $800 charge minimum) will be charged to your department work tags
If a reservation is cancelled within two weeks prior to the event, McDonough Events reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the amount of the estimated invoice
