➤ Shall maintain and be the custodian of the Constitution, By-Laws, and other appropriate records of the Student Government
➤ Shall act as a parliamentarian during executive meetings, ensuring a good meeting following the rules contained in the Robert's Rules of Order
➤ Shall prepare the agenda and minutes of the Student Government Executive meetings
➤ Shall make available for public view the agendas and minutes respectively at least 24 hours before and 24 hours after the meetings
➤ Shall number, file, and record all Executive meetings' agendas and minutes and create a drive accessible to all executive officers
➤ Shall post notices of time and any cancellation for executive meetings, using all appropriate advertisement platforms on campus
➤ Shall work closely with the senate secretary to encourage and promote student participation in senate meetings
➤ Shall be responsible for creating and publishing a Student Government Newsletter recapitulating Student Government major decisions and events, every two weeks
➤ Shall be responsible for new and existing senators' trainings
➤ Shall ensure there is an effective communication between the Student Government and the student body pertaining to students concerns and the board's projects
➤ Shall closely work with the president and other necessary authorities as needed for fulfilling secretarial duties
➤ Shall perform other tasks as appropriate and deemed necessary
