Homework

Homework assignments can either be turned in through Schoology or in-person to Ms. Torres. At the beginning of every month, there is an assigned reading log that will be collected at the end of every month. There will be vocabulary, spelling homework, and readings assigned every week. Tests will be given every other week or once a month.

Make-Up Policy

All assignments can be made up to two days after the absence or longer if a written eligible excuse is provided to Ms. Torres or the school. Tests have to be made up within two school days of the absence regardless of written explanations.

Halloween Party

Our class will be holding a Halloween party on Monday, October 31, 2022. Students are allowed to wear their costumes to school on Monday for Halloween and the party. We will watch Halloween movies while having some snacks. There is a sign-up sheet in class or email me for anyone who wants to bring supplies for the party, it is very much appreciated. The last day to sign-up to provide supplies is Friday, October 28, 2022.
