Instruction 

Meaningful learning requires meaningful connections. This is why I make an effort to get to know my students, figure out the things that they like, the ways they learn best, strengths and struggles, and important background and cultural information. Doing this helps me create learning experiences that are accessible to all, that students can identify with, and that can help students apply skills more immediately in their lives outside of school.
