Mental health are combinations of health changes that consist of emotions, behavior, and psychological. It is very common but, looked over majority of the time especially with our youth. It is associated with distress and problem functioning in work, being social, and with family activities. Mental health is important to know because it affects how we feel, act, and think.

Eating or sleeping too much
Low or no energy
Helpless or hopeless
Thinking of harming self
Inability to perform daily task
Pulling away from people and usual activities
