Pakistan Mathematical Olympiad (PMO) 2022

Pakistan Mathematical Olympiad is one of the biggest events of Pakistan. The students, rich in mathematics skills and knowledge, from different HEC recognized universities of Pakistan will exhibit their talent and competency in this competition.

WINNER: RS. 40,000/
1st RUNNER UP: Rs. 30,000/
2nd RUNNER UP: Rs. 20,000/

Competition Format:

This competition is NOT designed for individual participants. It is a team competition.
The team will be consisting of exactly 3 members.
Maximum Three teams from each university can participate in PMO.
The competition will be consisting of three rounds namely Round-1, Round-2, and Round-3.
Each round will be comprised of 3 hours.
Each round will consist of subject questions. These rounds will not consist any type of MCQ’s.
Every team must submit solutions of the subjective questions. These solutions must be well organized with authentic arguments.

Eligibility Criteria:

Students belonging to Pakistan and currently enrolled in any undergraduate program of HEC recognized universities are eligible to participate.

Calculus and Analytical Geometry
Linear Algebra
Real Analysis
Complex Analysis
Differential Equations

Registration Fees:

Rs. 3000/ per Team. (3 Members)

Registration fees includes participation in all three rounds of PMO, 3 Lunches, 6 High Teas on 3 separate days, participation certificates, cards and gifts for all three members of each team.

Accommodation Fees: (If Accommodation is required)

Rs. 2500/ per person.

Three Days, and Three Nights Stay, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, High Teas, Hostel/Guest House, and pick and drop service from Hostel to Sukkur IBA University will be provided to the participants who acquire accommodation.
