Try and read with your student every day for approximately 30 minutes
Bonus, ask your student to summarize what they have read to check for reading comprehension.
Have your student practice their math facts every night for at least 10 minutes.
Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are the foundational skills for all math moving forward. The quicker your student knows their math facts, the stronger their math muscle.
