Meet the Teacher!

Oakwood has been my home for the past six years. The past two years I have had the pleasure of teaching in Kindergarten! I've taught in Pelham, South Huntington, and even Zambia, Africa. Additionally I am certified in TESOL. I believe in creating a safe and positive learning environment for all students. I want my students to be the best version of themselves!

I have been a dancer since I was three! Ballet is my favorite type of dance. I was on the dance team at Iona College.

This summer Ms. Savitz got engaged!
