1. School begins at 8:00 each morning. If your child is going to be absent, please email me letting me know of their absence. The school also should be called reporting a child's absence by 9:00AM.

2. In addition to letting the office know of any absences, please email me as well so I can coordinate gathering any work your child may miss. 

3. Gym day is on Tuesday. Please make sure students are in their gym uniforms on this day.

4. If your child has any food allergies, please let me know as soon as possible. Our classroom is a peanut-free classroom. 

5. My easiest form of contact is at kmackenzie@stceciliafc.com. I will answer emails within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.

6. Take home folders and Homework books should be brought home each night. Please check for any papers and your child's calendar daily.

7. In efforts to be more eco-friendly and use less paper, most tests/quizzes will be taken on the computer with our Chromebooks. Grades can be checked via FACTS, and tests can be reviewed through Google Classroom.

8. Any money being sent into school should be in an envelope with the child's name, room number, and what the money is for.
