Meet Ms. Trowers, a fun, vibrant, and creative young woman whose life motto, inspired by the Transformers movie, is "No Sacrifice, No Victory." Her journey of achievement and artistic expression began at Old Harbour High School, where she not only excelled academically but also served as a prefect and lent her voice to the award-winning school choir, triumphantly claiming the TVJ All Together Sing title three years consecutively.
In 2019, Ms. Trowers was honored with the prestigious Oliver Samuel Award for her outstanding performance in CSEC Theatre Arts, a testament to her dedication and talent in the dramatic arts. Continuing her pursuit of creativity, she secured acceptance into the renowned Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts, School of Drama. During her time there, she contributed to two notable productions and authored and directed her compelling one-woman play, "Tears of the Unspoken."
Having graduated, Ms. Trowers now brings her expertise and passion to Kingston Technical High School, where she is now the Drama and Theatre Arts educator. she is also actively involved in a production entitled "Jamaican Hustlers." Her commitment to the arts and her vibrant spirit continues to inspire those around her, making her a valued member of both the educational and theatrical communities
