"I attended the Crash Course on PLS-SEM using SmartPLS in February 2024 conducted by Shamimul Islam bhai. The course was designed to give a hands-on experience and Shamim bhai, as the instructor, was thorough and he made each aspect of the course extremely easy to understand. He truly is a very good teacher.
As a PhD student, the course was invaluable to me: I learned the method itself; and I was able to clarify concepts (even outside the scope of the course) that I was struggling with. The course also provided insight into the latest advancements in methodology.
I highly recommend this course - and with Shamimul Islam bhai as instructor - for academic growth and for being able to do better research in future."

"Taking the Crash Course on PLS-SEM using SmartPLS in February 2024 was truly helpful for me. This session offered a hands-on experience that not only updated me in the latest methodological advancements but also played a crucial role in making my PhD journey easier. I highly recommend this course to anyone seeking clarity, academic growth, and a substantial leap forward in their research journey. It's an excellent and highly effective course that you won't regret enrolling in."

I have received the following feedback from participants of the Four-Day Workshop on PLS-SEM using SmartPLS, organized by the School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Independent University, Bangladesh. Dated: May 26-29, 2021
1. Better than any previous workshop.
2. This was a very useful workshop for the researchers. I have learnt a lot of things. But for a beginner, one should have in-depth knowledge in concepts used in the software. Otherwise, it will be difficult to go through. Thanks.
3. The semi-formal environment of the Workshop has been very welcoming. The fact that we were amongst our colleagues made it much more easier to ask even the most silly and simple questions. Also the resource-person addressed all questions with much importance and respect.
4. This workshop covered very in-depth discussion that I liked, but, may not appeal to every type of participant. In future, to attract more participants, it may be divided into two or more parts - to cover basic and advanced issues - so that participants may be able to decide which part(s) they wish to take part in. This may be challenging if each session is interdependent, but is worth exploring.
5. I thank this brilliant effort, and welcome more such sessions.
6. The workshop was really good. I have learnt a new tool with numerous techniques which can be applied on data analysis and interpretation. Thanks for the effort.
I participated in the PLS-SEM workshop using SmartPLS facilitated by Dr. Shamim back in 2022. Personally, I found it to be incredibly helpful in grasping essential statistical techniques, particularly in understanding quantitative methods. The workshop covered various aspects, including the development of conceptual and research models, as well as data analysis using survey methods. I strongly recommend this event, especially for those who possess the patience to learn.
- Professor Imranul Hoque, PhD, Department of Marketing, Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Having attended this workshop multiple times, I can attest to its significant impact on my PhD thesis writing. It played a crucial role in designing survey instruments, conceptual frameworks, and conducting data analysis for reporting. The instructors' natural and engaging delivery during the sessions made it particularly beneficial for PhD students grappling with research methods. I strongly recommend this session to others.
- Associate Professor Mahmudul Hasan, Department of Marketing, Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
I actively participated in the PLS-SEM workshop using SmartPLS conducted by Dr. Shamim. Beyond discussing the method, the workshop addressed various issues, such as problem statements, research questions, objectives, questionnaire design, and hypothesis design concepts. I personally found it to be incredibly useful.
- Anamul Haque, Assistant Professor, Department of Marketing, East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
In August 2020, we organized a session on the vital aspect of writing literature reviews, particularly the process of conducting systematic literature reviews. The session was highly useful, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Shamim's workshop to those aiming to enhance their literature review writing skills.
- Professor Md. Aftab Uddin, (PhD), Faculty of Business Administration, University of Chittagong, Bangladesh.
Joining Dr. Shamim's literature review workshop was truly eye-opening for me, inspiring me to start writing a literature review paper. I genuinely recommend his workshop to others interested in this area.
