His multidisciplinary research interests primarily revolve around green and sustainable supply chain management, environmental logistics, corporate sustainability, and operations management. His research works have been published in top tier journals like the Journal of Cleaner Production, Resource Conservation and Recycling, and Operations Management Research. He employs diverse quantitative methodologies including Fuzzy importance and performance analysis (FIPA), Fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (Fuzzy DEMATEL), and structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS, AMOS, WrapPLS, as well as qualitative analysis using NVivo. He obtained his Master and Bachelor degrees from the Faculty of Business, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
