Hi! My name is Ms. Kristy Grimes! I will be your child’s 3rd grade ELAR/SS teacher for the 2023-2024 school year! This will be my 17th year teaching but my first year in Red Oak ISD.

In May of 2007, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Texas A&M University-Commerce. In December 2017, I graduated from University of Texas-Arlington with a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction in Literacy. My certifications include EC-4th Generalist, Reading Specialist EC-12, Master Reading Teacher EC-12, and ESL (English as a Second Language) EC-12.
