The Student-Athlete Anti-Racism and Discrimination Committee was formed in 2020 and is primarily made up of current and former varsity athletes at Bishop’s University. Our mission is to set a zero tolerance policy for racism and discrimination in the community through holding ourselves and others accountable. We aim to reduce racism, discrimination, and prejudice within our community through education and collaboration with like-minded groups. We strive to be supportive leaders through sharing resources on campus and celebrating BIPOC excellence. Values include accountability, leadership, empowerment, reconciliation, and advocacy.
