Practices Monday-Thursday from 3:15 to 4:15 p.m.
(except for non-school days and meet days)
Practices begin Monday, August 18th and run through Oct.5th
Meet by the back blacktop near the playing field, dressed in T-shirt, shorts, and running shoes (students may change in the school locker room)

Appryse is a web-based replacement to the paper-based system previously used to track medical history, contact information, release forms, and any other required forms. Parents and guardians are able to enter all information online.
NOTE: A PHYSICAL IS NOT REQUIRED to participate!

2026 Cross Country Meet Schedule
Each division runs separately: 7th grade girls start at 4 p.m. 7th grade boys follow (about 4:20). 8th grade girls follow (about 4:40). 8th grade boys follow (about 5 p.m.). We will prewalk the course at each location at 3:20 p.m. before the meet begins.
