This customer-focus served me well as a Product Manager. While all candidates should have excellent communication and technical skills, I think my background in product management gives me an edge with in-depth insight into your customers and the strategies they're most likely to implement.
I also approach problem-solving like an engineer, have a background in both IT and Agile methodology, and am motivated by results.

Well, in my opinion, another equally important fact is "If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients". So, keeping a balance between the Customer and an Employee is vital and being emphatic to win people's trust, be it a Customer or an Employee is a most valuable skill that I have learned over the course of my carrier which has always helped my team to reach success milestones.
