Welcome to Kindergarten! I am excited for another great year! I love teaching at Hale! I feel lucky to work with such great students and supportive parents. I have two boys of my own. (19 and 22) and a dog, Mia. I love to try new restaurants, read (with a good cup of coffee) and travel. Stop in and say hi...we are always up to something exciting in room 117! My favorite theme: Down On The Farm (my dog's also...) is hatching ducklings in our classroom! My husband (Mr. Luke) is also a teacher in the district!

Kindergarten Updates

Welcome to Kindergarten in room 117! The first six weeks of kindergarten is all about building relationships and establishing routines! We will reviewing our alphabet and meeting 26 new Alpha Friends! We will be looking at patterns, counting and playing math games. In October our theme will be COLOR DAYS! November is about family and learning about our community. Thanks for supporting our classroom. It's going to be a great year!
