Who: any student from grades 1-8
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 - 8:25 am
Season: October to February/March
Equipment: shirt, shorts, and indoor runners. *mouthguards are highly encouraged
Tournaments
*wrestlers do not have to participate in tournaments. They are encouraged to check out at least one tournament
