About Mrs. Tusing
Hey everyone! My name is Katelyn Tusing. I am so excited to be your child's Kindergarten teacher! I was born and raised here in Mooresville. I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2016 obtaining my degree in Human Development of Family Studies. In 2018, I received my teaching license from Western Carolina University. Teaching has always been a passion of mine and I love when I get to see those "ah-ha" moments. My husband and I live in Mooresville, NC with our daughter Ella and four fur babies. I am looking forwards to a year full of learning, loving, and growing.
