Welcome to 3rd Grade! Please fill out this Student Information Form to help me better understand your student and your communication preferences.
I am looking forward to meeting you and your child in person during our Meet the Teacher time on Tuesday, August 11th. If you haven’t already, please sign up for a time here (password is digger). Please plan to bring your child’s school supplies that day as well. If you ordered supplies through the school, they will be waiting in the classroom for you. If you are shopping for supplies, you can view our school supply list here.
If you would like to get a jump-start before Meet the Teacher, please:
Remove packaging from all supplies.
Label folders with your child’s name and subject (printed labels or Sharpie):
🔴 Red = Reading
🟡 Yellow = Writing
🔵 Blue = Math
🟢 Green = Science & Social Studies
🟣 Purple = Word Work
🟠 Orange = Homework
Label each composition notebook with your child’s name and subject:
Reading
Writing
Science & Social Studies
Word Work
Math
Place each notebook in the matching folder.
Label headphones with your child’s name.
Sharpen all pencils.
