About Mrs. Moody

Hello St. Mary Families,

I am so thrilled to be partnering with you to make this school year an incredible one for our junior high students!

To share a little bit about my background, I grew up in Fremont, Ohio, and am a proud product of Catholic education—from kindergarten all the way through graduate school. My faith-filled education has truly shaped who I am, and I feel incredibly blessed to share those values, traditions, and experiences with both my own family and my students every day.

A Little About Me

When I’m not in the classroom, I love spending time with my husband, Jason and our two wonderful children, Caitlin and Ryan. The rest of our extended family is spread across Ohio in Fremont, Cleveland, and Columbus.

I am a lifelong learner at heart. Outside of teaching and exploring the wonders of science, I love traveling, diving into a good book, and passionately cheering on my favorite sports teams. You can regularly find me rooting for my Dayton Flyers, the Cleveland Guardians & Cleveland Browns, FC Cincinnati, and Liverpool FC.  And yes, as a Cleveland fan living in Cincinnati, I am fully prepared for the friendly heckling that comes with the territory! 😁
