Where are you located?
I operate from my home learning center in Fishers, Indiana, near Hamilton Town Center. Once you are scheduled, you’ll receive an email with the address. Online tutoring is also available nationwide.
What services do you offer and what is the cost?
I provide individualized one-on-one tutoring, small group sessions, and 6-week intensive programs in reading or math. Sessions start at $60/hour and vary depending on the type of service.
Payment:
All tutoring sessions are billed monthly in advance, due at the beginning of each month via Venmo, PayPal, or cash. This ensures your child’s spot is reserved and allows for consistent, uninterrupted instruction. ESA-approved families (Arizona or Indiana) can use their funds — please let me know before your first session so I can arrange billing through the state’s system.
To discontinue tutoring, please provide one month’s notice. This allows for scheduling adjustments and proper closure of your child’s sessions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Missed sessions will be rescheduled when possible, but there are no refunds. Repeated cancellations may result in losing your reserved time slot.
What happens with no-shows?
No-call, no-show = full session fee charged. Repeated no-shows may result in losing your reserved time slot.
Can we make up a missed session?
Yes! If advanced notice is given, we’ll reschedule based on availability.
What if we’re running late?
Please notify me if possible. I’ll maximize the remaining time, but sessions end at the scheduled time.
What should my child bring?
Homework, books, calculators, or anything they’re working on. For reading support, bring a favorite book.
What about bad weather or emergencies?
We’ll either reschedule or switch to an online session.
What is the 6-week intensive program?
The 6-week intensive is a structured, results-focused program in reading or math. It provides personalized instruction to strengthen foundational skills, accelerate progress, and build confidence. ESA funds can also be applied toward this program.
