Meet the Teacher

*Teaching over twenty years in different disciplines.

*A lifelong homemaker who saw a need in students to learn how to cook and
take care of themselves safely and independently.

*Became certified in Family & Consumer Sciences (FACS), with a emphasis in
Foods & Nutrition.

*This is my sixth year teaching FACS.

*Born & raised in Oakland, NJ.

*All four of our children grew up in Oakland.

*Now three of the our four are married and we have two grandchildren
